Impairments relied on in 0 disability discrimination judgments, by the year the claim was presented
What this is. A count of the impairments relied on as a disability in judgments on the Employment Tribunal decisions register, grouped by the year the claim was presented (not the year of the judgment). The shares are of the judgments with readable text. 2024 and 2025 are provisional: many of those claims have not yet reached a judgment. Figures count readable judgments only, so they may differ slightly from those in the articles.
Unverified. The status labels (conceded, accepted, rejected and so on) are extracted automatically. Find the judgment, then read it before relying on anything here.

Each result is one judgment. The conditions you have chosen are listed on its card with their own status, the element that failed and the tribunal's own words; its other conditions are named at the foot. Only conditions marked Checked can be searched.
How these were checked: every rejected, impairment-only and undecided finding was checked individually. Accepted and conceded findings were checked on a sample: whether the condition met the definition agreed in about nine cases in ten or better for each condition (conditions below 90% were re-read in full), but whether disability was conceded or decided by the tribunal is less reliable, and was wrong in about one sampled card in fifteen. Some errors remain, and corrections are welcome.
